Introduction

Dil Se Fantasy is a skill-based fantasy cricket platform that operates without any real-money transactions. Currently, we do not offer in-app purchases, paid add-ons, or any monetized services. If such features are introduced in the future, the guidelines below will outline how refunds and cancellations would be handled for those optional services.

No Paid Transactions at Present

Since there are no paid or premium features available right now, refunds do not apply in the current version of Dil Se Fantasy.

Potential Future Refunds

Should Dil Se Fantasy introduce optional paid features, the following conditions would govern any refund or cancellation requests:

• Technical Errors: A serious technical issue affecting the paid feature.
• Unauthorized Transactions: Charges from unauthorized access or security breach.

Requesting a Refund (If Paid Features are Introduced)

In the event of a future paid feature:

• Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
• Provide the Transaction ID and the reason for your refund request.

Refund Processing Time

Once verified, refunds (if approved) would typically be processed within 14 working days. Funds would return to the original payment method used.

Exclusions

If a paid feature is fully utilized (e.g., a one-time event that has already occurred), no refunds will be given.

Refund Method

Approved refunds would be processed via the original payment method only.

User Responsibilities

Users must maintain accurate payment information. Any delays due to incorrect details are not the responsibility of Dil Se Fantasy.

Future Cancellations

If you request a cancellation of a newly introduced paid feature before using it, you may be eligible for a refund pending approval. Once the feature is used, no refund would apply.
